These terms apply between you as a customer and Qubint when you create an account and use the service. By creating an account, you accept the terms. Take your time reading them, and get in touch if anything is unclear.
The Qubint service is provided by Qubint AB, reg. no. 559598-8915 (“Qubint”, “we”, “us”). “Customer” or “you” means the company that registers an account, and the users the company invites.
Contact: hej@qubint.co. Qubint AB, Södertälje.
Qubint is a web-based fleet management service where companies bring vehicles, drivers and costs together in one place, for mileage logs, receipts and cost tracking, among other things. The service is continuously developed, and we may add, change or remove features.
Some features are included in the free plan (Start), while others are offered in paid plans or as add-ons. What is included in your plan is shown on our website and at registration.
Some features may be marked as upcoming and are then not yet available. Availability, performance and individual features may change at short notice. We do our best to keep you informed of major changes.
To use the service, you create an account. You are responsible for making sure the information you provide is correct and for keeping login details secure. You are also responsible for what is done through your account and the accounts of users you invite.
A newly created account may need to be approved and activated by us before you can log in. We may refuse or suspend accounts that breach the terms or are used in a way that could harm the service or others.
The Start plan is free within the limits stated on the website. For paid plans and add-ons, the prices and terms stated when ordering apply. Fees, payment terms and any notice period are set out there.
You retain ownership of the data and content you enter into the service (“customer data”). We process customer data to deliver and improve the service, in accordance with your instructions and our privacy policy.
When we process personal data on your behalf, we do so as a processor. The processing is governed by our data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms.
You may use the service for your own business and in accordance with the terms and applicable law. You may not:
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or errors. Maintenance, updates and circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect the service.
Qubint, including the software, design and trade marks, belongs to us or our licensors. The terms give you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for as long as the agreement is in force. No other rights are transferred.
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data.
Nothing in the terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, for example in cases of intent or gross negligence.
The agreement applies from when you create an account until it is terminated. You can close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend an account in the event of a material breach, or with reasonable notice if we discontinue the service.
Qubint Connect has no lock-in period. The start-up fee per car is a one-off charge, and the devices become yours. The agreement ends at the next month-end after termination. If we have agreed on a different term in a separate agreement, that term applies.
Qubint Pro has no start-up fee and no lock-in period. The notice period is three months, and the agreement ends three months after termination. If we have agreed on a different term in a separate agreement, that term applies.
When the agreement ends, you may request your customer data within a reasonable time. After that, we may delete it in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable law.
We may update the terms, for example when the service is expanded. We inform you in advance of material changes, normally by email or in the service. The latest version is always here, with the date at the top.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue. If that is not possible, the dispute shall be settled by the Swedish general courts, with Södertälje District Court as the court of first instance.
